James Conrad helped me with a rental in December 2015. He was very quick to get in touch with me initially and within a few days and several emails we were ready to look at houses. He was very accommodating to my schedule and my need to find a place as quickly as possible. He arrived at the appointed time with information on each of the houses that I wanted to see as well as a schedule to best utilize our time. Within a few hours I selected the house I wanted, and he had all the application paperwork available for me. He immediately contacted the property managers and had everything in their hands within 24-48 hours. He always kept in touch with me to let me know how things were progressing and when I was initially turned down, he went the extra mile to negotiate something acceptable to the property managers and landlords. He was there for me every step of the way including staying in the office late so that I could get the lease signed. James even called the day after I moved in to make sure that everything had gone smoothly.
